Account and Data Deletion
Permanent deletion cannot be undone. You will no longer be able to sign in or recover workouts, body data, goals, templates, AI content, or video-analysis data.
Delete in the IronLog app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Member Profile from the side menu.
- Go to Permanently Delete Account.
- Enter your account email and uppercase
DELETE. - Confirm, wait for completion, and return to the sign-in screen.
Data deleted
- Your Firebase login and member profile.
- All body measurements, workouts, exercise sets, goals, templates, and custom exercises.
- AI Coach conversations and insights, form-analysis results, and any original videos still retained.
Request deletion if you cannot sign in
Email us from the address registered to the account. We may request necessary verification to protect the account. Do not send passwords, full identity-document copies, or fitness videos.
Request account deletionProcessing and legal retention
In-app deletion normally begins immediately. Email requests are processed after required verification. If law, disputes, security investigations, or regulators require limited retention, we retain only what is necessary and delete or de-identify it when that period ends.
