Terms of Service
1. Service
IronLog provides workout logging, body measurements, goals, templates, result sharing, AI Coach, and video form analysis. Features may change based on version, region, device, or third-party service availability.
2. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and protect your account.
- Do not impersonate others, disrupt systems, bypass limits, attack APIs, or automate excessive AI requests.
- Contact support immediately if you discover unauthorized use.
3. User content
You retain rights to data and videos you provide and authorize us to store, transmit, and process them as necessary to provide IronLog. You must have the right to upload content and must not upload illegal, infringing, covertly recorded, violent, or unrelated material.
4. AI and fitness safety
AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and are for general fitness education only. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation prescriptions, or in-person professional coaching. Adjust training to your condition and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or possible injury. See the AI and Fitness Safety Disclaimer.
Paid plans and payment
- Advanced and Premium are currently one-time 30-day purchases and do not renew automatically. The price, period, and allowance shown before confirmation govern the purchase.
- Payment is processed on NewebPay's hosted page. IronLog does not collect or retain the full card number on its own page.
- A plan activates only after the backend verifies the signed transaction notice, merchant order, and amount. Returning to a success page alone does not complete an upgrade.
- For duplicate charges, a charge without an upgrade, or a refund request, contact support with the merchant order number. We will review the transaction, services already supplied, and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Availability
We work to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or successful completion of every analysis. Cloud, network, Firebase, Google, or OpenAI outages may affect features. Service may be paused for maintenance, safety, or events beyond our control.
6. Intellectual property
The IronLog name, icons, interface, software, documentation, and non-user content belong to us or lawful licensors unless otherwise stated. Do not copy, distribute, or use them in a way that confuses their source without permission.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access for violations of law or these terms, harm to others, or risks to service security. You may terminate the service through account deletion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by reliance on AI or training guidance. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions: ironlog@brad.tw.
