- Camera angle, obstructions, lighting, loose clothing, and video quality affect analysis.
- Scores are reference trends under similar conditions, not medical, safety, or competition certification.
Safe use
- Choose weight appropriate to your ability and ensure the environment, equipment, and safety measures are suitable.
- High-risk exercises should be supervised by a qualified coach and use a spotter when appropriate.
- Consult a professional before starting if you have an illness, pregnancy, recent surgery, injury, or long period of inactivity.
- Stop immediately and seek medical help for pain, dizziness, chest pain, breathing difficulty, numbness, or unusual symptoms.
Video analysis
Analysis assesses only visible footage and cannot know internal joint condition, medical history, pain level, or actual equipment weight. Treat guidance as observation prompts, not a guarantee of safe technique.
